Let’s celebrate Kurban Ayt

Every year, more and more, the Muslim festivity of Kurban Ayt (Abrham sacrifice) becomes at the Ark Village a big celebration.

It consists in sharing a meal, usually sheep meat, with people who don’t have anything to eat. Several old and new friends knocked at our door offering meat of a sheep. This year the elder boys were in charge of the preparation of the meat and of the traditional recipes. Really delicious!
